Indications for Use
Distal Access torque devices are used to maneuver guide wires in the coronary and peripheral vasculature during interventional or diagnostic procedures. Distal Access torque devices are not intended for use in the neurovasculature.

- Compatible with guidewires and devices sized 0.014 – 0.039”
- Provides predictable and controllable rotation: 3 to 5 clockwise rotations with counterclockwise return to original orientation
- Manual control via finger, thumb, and hand; no electrical power or software
- Locks device by rotating collet cap clockwise; releases by rotating counterclockwise
- Materials: Medical grade polycarbonate (Makrolon) for sleeve, grip, body, screw, slider, and cap components
- Stainless steel spring

- User manually advances and retracts to introduce or remove connected device from the body
Description
The Distal Access Torque Device (Predict / Spinr Controller) is a single-use hand-held manually operated high-performance torque device / controller used to maneuver difficult-to-grasp devices including guidewires during interventional or diagnostic procedures. It allows for predictable and controllable rotation of a device clockwise with counterclockwise return to its original orientation, with rotations manually controlled by the user.
